Position Details
- 4 Guests
- 5 Crew, including Chef
- Accommodations: Guest Twin Stateroom
- Fly in and out of Boston
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience on a busy program
- Fine dining training and/or culinary education
- Fine dining experience a plus
What We're Looking For
- Strong fine dining and presentation background
- Comfortable executing elevated, beautifully presented meals at sea
- Genuinely takes care of the crew — crew feeding is as important as guest service
- Consistent service timing — able to stick to service times for both guests and crew
- Professional, self-sufficient, and calm under pressure
Meal Service
- Crew dinner served at 6:00 PM — crew meals are a priority, not an afterthought
- Guest dinner served at 7:00–7:30 PM
- Guests will be off the vessel for some dinners and lunches along the way
